• Unable to find the watch? Ensure Discoverable mode is activated in Zepp under Profile > Watch. Allow Zepp time to sync before attempting to locate the device via the app.
• Connected but unable to sync the watch face? Open the Zepp app to establish a complete connection prior to trying again in our app.

Note: The app supports direct downloading and syncing of watch faces via Bluetooth when connected to the Zepp app.
